At Junior Tech Guru, we strive to provide high-quality STEM courses for K-12 learners. We understand that sometimes, circumstances may require a refund. This policy outlines our procedures and conditions for processing refunds to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all customers.

2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If you cancel a course within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed any course materials, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you cancel a course after 7 days but before the course start date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel after the course has started, no refunds will be issued.
  • If Junior Tech Guru cancels a course for any reason, customers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
  • For digital products or downloadable materials, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the product is defective.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your full name, order number, course name, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days and respond with further instructions.

4. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.
  • Any administrative fees incurred for processing cancellations may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Exceptions & Special Cases

  • In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
  • If there is a technical issue preventing you from accessing a purchased course, please contact our support team immediately for assistance before requesting a refund.
